I have been a self-employed organizational developer, trainer and facilitator for over two decades. I design and facilitate agile transformation processes, leadership development programs and interactive large group events as well as conferences – in Germany and internationally.

My personal motivators in this are clients who have a desire for change and development – both personally and for the benefit of the organization they work for. Here I can fully contribute my creativity, my extensive methodological knowledge and my precise analytical skills.

The processes or workshops that I design and support are always goal and solution oriented. They create viable and sustainable results. It’s important to me that I inspire people while remaining refreshing and authentic. In this way, I always succeed in creating an atmosphere conducive to learning and development – for profound human interactions coupled with humor and joy.
